Glistening rays of light shine towards the maroon-rusted ground, Shadows of flowers dancing by the wind rotate, The trees exude life as the sun deems them crowned, While lakes that mirror the sky flow along the strait.
I am here, In this wonder of imagination, A vast existence unknown to any seer, Full of elation.
Yet, There is no one to share it with, No presence to view the fishes wet, Or the butterflies floating above the magnolias as if light scythes.
What is a world with just one self, A realm with a singular traveler.
That is why I keep the door open, But I am scared no one will enter, And I give out one last breath wide-open, As dusk falls and emptiness resides in my center.
