Now I See

How could I have been so blind,
To your beauty.

Your radiant smile,
Painted on a seashell canvas.
Enough to drive even monks,
To enlightenment.

The way you take my breath away,
In every dress, in every hour,
In any mood, in any weather.

Your laugh that conditions me to smile,
Your jokes that the world should hear,
Your photography that belongs in the Louvre.

How,
How is it that I missed all this,
And only now I see.

This time, I won't ever look away.
